Delete your Salty account

You can permanently delete your Salty account and everything in it at any time. You do not need to ask us first, and you do not need to have the app installed to make the request.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your Salty account does not cancel that subscription — the store keeps billing you. Cancel it there first.

In the app

Settings → Delete account, at the bottom of the screen, then confirm.

Your files, your records, and your sign-in are deleted while the request runs. Nothing is queued for later, and the app signs you out only once every one of them is gone. It cannot be undone.

By email

Write to support@saltydigital.ai from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account."

We handle these by hand, so this route takes longer: our Privacy Policy sets 30 days as the outer limit for removing your personal data from our active systems.

What is deleted

• Your profile
• Your tickets and event history
• Your notes
• Your photos
• Your friends and connections
• Your saved events
• The credentials for any mailbox you connected (Gmail or IMAP)

Deleting the account removes those mailbox credentials from our systems. You can also revoke Salty's access directly with your email provider at any time.

What is kept

Only anonymized aggregate analytics, which is not linked to you, and the records we are legally required to keep.
